- MOUSE TEST
- The mouse test permits you to check the functionality of the buttons
- (make sure the screen shows "pressed" when the appropriate button is
- pressed and "released" when released. Next it will test positioning
- on the screen in both character mode and graphics (if you have
- graphics video capability). Make sure you have both full detail and
- full screen movement in each mode tested.

- LOCATE BAD CHIPS
- This selection permits you to define the layout of memory on your
- computer's motherboard and any additional boards that are installed
- in your computer. From information generated and displayed in the
- memory tests, you can directly identify which memory chip is failing
- in your computer.

- SPEAKER TEST
- The speaker test plays a tune to verify operation of the speaker.

- KEYBOARD TEST
- The keyboard test permits you to check the functionality of each key
- of your keyboard, the type-amatic (key repeat) function and the
- lights for Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock. You must first
- specify which type of keyboard you have. Non-standard keyboards may
- have certain keys in different locations than are shown on the
- keyboard layout.
